Where is the House?

The House is in the community of Sint-Joris, a part of the rural village of Beernem. It's about 3 km away from the highway and is surrounded by pastures. The house itself lies 100 meters away from the road.

How do I get there?

By car you need to take the E40 from Brussels and take the exit Beernem. Than you let your GPS direct you to the House. Do not take the exit Aalter even when your GPS tells you to.

If you come from Antwerp you can opt for the E34 and take the exit in Maldegem. Than you go to Knesselare and then you take the direction of Beernem.

When do I have to check in and check out?

Check-in is from 3 pm onwards. You will be asked to specify the arrival time.
Check-out is before 11am.

What is the price for the House?

The price depends on the season. We will make you an offer for the dates of your preference. We ask a minimum of 3 nights per reservation. Get in touch through hello@depluyme.be

What about Business Events?

The house is equipped for business meetings. There is a meeting room with Flipchart and TV screen. The meeting room can host uptown 12 people (table setting) or 25 (auditorium setting). It's possible to have two groups in parallel. One would use the living room as meeting space. There is also an office that can be used for seminar support.

And of course you can use the gardens.

What kind of private events can I do?

The house is open for events for up to 30 people. Typically that would be a communion, engagement party, birthday party, family reunion, ... If you need to host more people you can put an extra tent in the garden. Ask us, we will make you an offer. Get in touch via hello@depluyme.be.

Can I rent the house just for the day?

Yes, you can. You can enjoy a day of relaxing, swimming. Get in touch at hello@depluyme.be.

What is the equipment of the house?

The hous is fully equipped. The kitchen has a microwave, an oven and a dishwasher. There's a bluetooth speaker and a smart TV. Every room has a smoke detector. There is ventilation in every bathroom, the toilet and the living room.

What about the pool?

There is a pool of 9 by 3,5m. The pool is open from Easter to End of September. The pool is heated by the photovoltaic cells in the pool screen. In summer the water temperature can reach 30° C. The pool is disinfected through electrolysis. This makes the water soft and the light chlorine does not harm the skin as it is the case when plain chlorine is added. The pool is. cleaned before you come. As it is an outside pool leaves and insects will fall into it.

What can we not do?

Smoking is not allowed. The house is not open to pets. We are not open to wild parties? And there is no permission to make movies meant for publishing or broadcasting. Holiday guests cannot invite more people than 6.

The house is disinfected and ventilated before you arrive. We will welcome you with our masks on. There is disinfecting gel at your disposal.
